Nick Ford Lawn Service Rip-off

Nick Ford worked well the first couple of times. Then he asked for payment in advance so he could buy supplies/repair equipment. I paid him in advance. He never delivered the service, even after promising to do it on the phone twice more (he sounded drunk both times—separate days). My neighbor said he did the same thing to her. He works in Seminole & Largo Florida, out of a professional looking trailer. He has business cards, but I could find no record of a business license.
