Www.mosquitocontrol.ca Perfectly executed scam at my expense

Aris has developed a lucrative scam. I ordered a Gazebo cover and paid through Pay Pal on May 24.
$167.00 was debited immediately. I received an immediate email acknowledging my order and promising wonderful service

I received a reassuring and upbeat letter on June 2 ensuring me the Aris Family was taking good care of my order and would deliver in a few weeks. Then another email saying there was a slight delay.

On June 14 I receive another reassuring email allowing that their work is in high demand and gazebo covers take time to produce and are specifically tailored, but ours would be on its way ASAP.

I called about two weeks later and left a message. Then I called and left another one. Still no reply. I emailed my concerns and let them know I had never been able to access the site using the account number and password they sent me, could they send me another one so I could track my order?

I began to worry but knew now my PayPal complaint time was up. Whenever I call Aris there is an answering machine with dear Charlene telling me she is busy. Now you cannot even leave a message.

I finally did what I should have done in the first place-check customer reviews of the company before I purchased. Is there anyway to alert PayPal to the scam?
