SOS Pools, Rafael Angarita, Pool Service Ripoff. Cancelled contract while owing paid service paid, lied about service

Rafael is a great salesman. He'll tell you he'll do whatever you need to take care of your pool. But in fact he fails to show, over charges, lies, and is disrespectful

Rafael's SOS Pool service, as sold to me for $75 per month (plus $32 whenever he claims to add "stabilizer) was supposed to include brushing the pool. I often noticed often that pool was not clean even after he leaves. He usually comes on Friday. The last Friday he came (July 22nd), I paid him in full for July service and an additional $32 for "stabilizer" ($130). I watched him clean the pool through the window, saw him rush through vaccuming and using the net, but he did not brush the sides of the pool where algae accumulates. As he was about to leave, I confronted him, stating that he didn't brush the pool and that I wanted him to do so. He became very angry back-talked me in a disrespectful manner that I "always complained".in fact, I simply expect him to provide the service he contracted to provide during his sales pitch. He then brushed the pool, spending less than one minute doing so, and left, very angry and huffy about "the way I treat him."

He then did not show up the July 29th (for which he had been paid) at his normal time. Mid-dayI texted him to ask when he would come. He lied, and said he was at my house the day before. I responded that he was not there day before, as I was at the house all day and certain debris previously seen was still there.

He did not deny it the lie, and then responded that he was cancelling the contract. I told him ok but he still owes me that day's service, which I already paid for. He refused to come. I told him if he does not come, he is ripping me off for one of the services I paid for, on top of lying about not coming the day before. It did not matter to him, he refused to come.in sum:

(1) Rafael got angry and spoke disrespectfully when I caught not doing what he contracted to do (i.E., brush the pool!),

(2) he then refused to provide service which I had already paid for, thus ripping me off; and

(3) he lied to me, about the service claiming he came yesterday, when he did not.
