Corporation ripoff, liars, fraudulent, deceptive

I purchased our gas stove set in June. We were doing a large kitchen remodel and was running behind, so we did not install our unit right away. BUT when we did it was disasterous. The center peice was all in parts and most of the parts missing and no instructions.in the largest unit, the broiler never worked (flame about the size of a match).

I was given the biggest run around, first it was the trucking outfits fault, then it was P.G. & e. Fault, and P.G. & e. Just laughed when they came out and checked. Then I was given the run around for many months...

Explorer never returned phone calls and for the most of the time never took the phone calls either... I worked with the consumer affairs located in Sacramento and they had to fax Sonoma Service repair a letter stating that they would pay them for a service call on my units. Well that has been at least six months ago and the STILL have not paid them. Consumers Affairs told me to take them to small cliams court and sue them, I had given them 1 year to make this stove work..

I did sue them in small claims court and I WON! They never even showed up to the court. Geoffery Rael tried to tell the judge that he never heard of this law suit or date. I had proof and the judge said it was good proof. That Bi* that answers the phones tried to refuse the serving of the court papers. The process server I hired gave a very good discription of her. Ha ha ha ha ha

Then came the really hard part, trying to collect my monies. I got their banking information and then sent it to the sherriffs office with a $30.00 check, they then went to Explorer's bank and froze all my monies... I received my check and I added monies to it and purchased a new VIKING GAS RANGE. It is sooooo much nicer than this sh* that EXPLORER sells...

STOP... Do not purchase anything from the. They are liars. And their products are terrible quality!
