Normally, we take a loss quietly when small things go wrong as they occasionally do when you buy used items, but in this case the individual in question, Pamela McLeod, will likely continue to defraud other members of our community as she sells off used equipment from her former business. The issue was identified within 2 hours of our purchase (based on a call with the manufacturer of the machine). Pamela began refusing calls/emails from my husband - she claimed she was unable due to medical issues; however her office indicated she was working full time.
