Lehman Brothers Refused to refinance an Interest only loan 2 years ago, Refused Short Sale, Refused Deed In Lieu of Foreclosure

4 years back I closed A Pursuit Only notice to get a residence being an expense. After three years the notice had procedures to refinance. Requested refinance. Refused. Six months later used again. Refused. Place the residence available on the market. Property collapsed. Notice was for a lot more than the worthiness of the home. Posted short-sale demand. They'd authorized various other models to check out that procedure. We'd a greater present than the additional short-sales models. Short-Sale was refused Aurora Loss Mitigation stated they'd not take a look at any paper-work before mortgage was 3 months overdue. Posted paperwork again and again for 4 weeks because of their mistakes. Quit making funds centered on their remarks. Lastly after 7 weeks I received notice the short-sale was refused. The customers where still involved. Name organization suggested I appeal. Appeal refused. Aurora mentioned they needed a greater cost. None of another apartments had offered in the cost these were seeking. Lifted the cost. Residence didn't have any offers. Required a action instead of foreclosure. Aurora never replied. I simply acquired a notice of foreclosure. I really believe these folks are criminals. They anticipated me to carry on to pay for on the mortgage where nothing actually visited primary. Today they're attempting to damage my credit. I've had many home loans and not handled a business as unprofessional and shady because they are. Appears like Lehmans is attempting to create up almost all their deficits loan by mortgage.
