Ray Fuchs Contractor over-promises, under-delivers and then disappears

Ray Fuchs was hired for a multi-project remodel and home addition. He disappeared before the projects were complete although he had been paid in full. He refuses to return phone calls, e-mails or text messages.

Ray Fuchs also subcontracts with low skilled temporary labor without supervising the work. He claims that the work will be corrected at the end of the project but then disappears.

Ray Fuchs does not file the required permits in order to avoid necessary inspections.
