Celia Petters is the worst real estate agent in the business within the Tampa Bay Area. We were moving to this area from out of state and she completely misrepresented the property. When we showed up it was a complete slum and nothing like the photos. There was trash all over the place and it appeared that the previous tenants had destroyed the property. She was then rude and unwilling to compromise in the slightest, she would not even have the property cleaned. We were stuck renting a hotel at a premium price and no compensation was offered. After we declined to take the keys to the property hoping they would make improvements she was rude and unresponsive.

Do not use celia petters as your agent in any transaction avoid her like the plague
