Sprayer doesn't work, they won't fix it

I was given a graco hv 2900 small airless sprayer as a present. I used it 2 times on small projects, it didn't work right and wouldn' shut off. I contacted them and they said their was an upgrade as they had problems with it they sent me a new seal and shaft. It still doesn't work and after 6 emails they wont return my emails i aked for a new gun and they refused. This is a foreign made piece of junk. It doesn't shut off and everything is plastic except for shaft and they have a plastic trigger hooked to that which is worn after only probably spraying maybe 2 gallons of material. I've sprayed with airless sprayers for over 35 years, wagner, campbell hausfeld and others. Keep them clean and they work. Not this piece of junk. Cheap cheap and home depot and lowes sell these. Beware walmart and home depot and lowes are ruining this country with this junk and taking our jobs away.
