Ripoff $22,000 down the Concord Pools rathole Latham New York

In 1992 we were building a new home and wanted to have an in-house in-ground pool. We contracted with Concord Pools for a pool, paid for it and paid in full for a spa.

Neither were completed/delivered. Large cracks and heaves in the pool have never been fixed. Since I was busy building a business and Concord Pools told me it was my fault, I didn't pursue it in a timely manner. I waited too long to sue.

Deal with Concord Pools at your own risk. They got $22,000 from me twelve years ago, and all I have is a hole in the ground.
