I have had bad experience and have heard many bad things around Jan Brown's Valu Build - valubuild.net
He is a one man show, working out of some 1 room office in a bad part of town.
He provides no value, what he does you can buy direct from panel suppliers youself
He talks a good game about his teams and his people - it is all bunk
Hes is a one man show who gets people here an dthere to do things whe he needs it
Whatever price he tels u - he comes back for more
Whatever date he tells you - add 4 months
We need to stop people like this - buying a home is a stressfull event
False hope is not what anyone needs
