Inferior work, did not respond to request to remedy

Promised pool would look brand new, wanted all monies up front, we paid $9,000 plus of 11,000 bill. Changed color of paint from what we picked without telling us, said he thought it "would look better". Paint job was supposed to last 15 years, started to peel away in 3 months.

We purposely withheld last 1,000 due to concerns about paint job. Would not come to see pool when we complained, stated we "highjacked" his money and said guarantee was void because we didn't pay the last $1,000. Stated we had signed the contract agreeing to those terms.

Advertises quality work, honesty and integrity, also states many of his customers are repeat customers - I highly doubt that!
