Fred Forgione Filthy Tenant

Fred Forgione likes to live near the ocean. He rented an apartment at the St. George Condominium Complex in Revere, Unit 2-2R. He did not pay his rent for approximately six months, and was evicted from that unit. The unit was turned back over to the rental company filthy and in a state of disrepair. Fred then moved in with a "girlfriend" on the sixth floor. Word on the street is that he never paid this poor woman a dime in rent, and according to public records, this woman filed bankruptcy in 2007. While living on the sixth floor, Fred obtained employment as a waterproofer. He did a substandard job, a lot of leaks in the building were reported, and Fred was removed from the job. Fred was paid $130K for this job, didn't pay taxes on his earnings, and spend a good portion of his money on cocaine. He defrauded a mortgage company and managed to obtain a condominium unit (8-8U) using his ex girlfriend's credit. He lived there until the unit went into foreclosure in 2007. When the bank recovered the unit, it was again filthy and remnants of cocaine use were present — cutting boards covered in cocaine and empty cocaine bags.in between, Fred fradulently rented the apartment out to a drug addict friend of his, a transsexual hairdresser, and a restaurant host to whom he owed money for gambling debts. At that point in time, he was so desperate for money he was constantly asking the transsexual hair dresser for money. He was not too broke, however, to take trips to the Bahamas and Cape Cod.in the meantime, Fred's truck was repossessed by the bank and his girlfriend threw him out. He then moved to Winthrop, in a large apartment that over looked the ocean. Fred had an artist create a mural of his trip to the Bahamas, had parties there all summer, enjoying the ocean and the fire pit he had installed.in 2009 Fred was evicted from this apartment. The day he was being evicted he staged a fake accident where he fell through loose planks on the porch and was telling everyone he had broken his. Fred even attempted to sue the landlord. He left the apartment filthy strewn with broken furniture that was covered in human feces. It was so bad the landlord had to call in the Board of Health. Fred is a loser who can't even keep a roof over his own head. His last girlfriend threw him out. He spends his evenings looking dirty and discheveled at Renzo's on Revere Beach Boulevard. Stay away from Fred Forgione, he is bad news!
