Poor work, poor product and poor communication

Had two mirror glass double hung insulated windows installed for $1500.00 / with caping. From day one installer evidently did not care about his job, capping had so many mistakes where water can get behind and ro wood, this man could not be contacted, I think co fired him but it took several emails calls till some body came but all they did was caulk up bad spots.??? Then came winter 11 windy cold air came through both windows after numerious emails threats a rep came and again all he did was stick some padding at right/left side on top of bottom frame where it meets top window and also stuck pieces along bottom on right / left side where window hits bottom. Stopped some air but still has leakage. I have tried several times to get this corrected (been approx. 10mos.) I am now so frustrated I no longer will accept the poor product and work done, I now demand that they replace both windows and capping or refund all monies I paid. Guess what! No response except to say 1. All double hung movable windows will leak air 2. They told me several times they will call factory rep to contact me, no contact. Poor customer relations, communication poor handling of complaints, once they have your $ they are gone.
