Bad Fumes from flooring

I purchased and mounted Bruce pre-finished wood solid walnut floor. The product was purchased a House Website about 2 yrs ago. The very first year the odor was anticipated because it was fresh, today after 2 yrs we both are now actually receiving complications and also have to depart the windows start constantly. Bruce won't return some of my characters. Does anybody possess the same issue??? We now have to rip it-up and place anything apart from their item.
