Spring Air-Chattam Wells
Replacement Bed was as bad as Original

We purchased a Chattam/Wells Spring Air Mattress in 2004. After having it a couple of months it developed deep valleys in both sides where we slept. The Store representative said that the indentations had to measure at least 1 1/2 inches. Finally we got a factory technician to come out and measure, and yes the indentations (valleys) where we slept were more than 2 inches. They replaced the mattress.

This was out first experience with a "One sided mattress" and the store salesman suggested that we upgrade (more money) to the top of the line Chattam/Wells Spring Air mattress. Well after a couple of years it is even worse than the first mattress. We still have 4 years on the factory warranty, and we're still hoping to get this resolved!
