Bad customer service

A few weeks before we'd something mounted and anything was going good till we'd a few problems show up that people attempted to contact the organization to have them emerge and ensure that the machine was fitted properly. It's been fourteen days perhaps actually three because our to begin several telephone calls and each time we contact we're informed that somebody could be right around and nothing. I'm considering simply calling the organization and seeking in order for them to get back their program. Really dissatisfied.
