Mislead steal lie... Just for starters

I am truely sorry to find this page... About 10 yrs to late! I had dealings with Gino (Vincent) as I was told, he agreed to build a garage for me attaching it to my newer home. I experienced everything others are saying, lucky for me my wife smelled a 'RAT' early enough to get ahead of him still out $15,000 but his bill was not paid in full. I did end up conatcting legal help to avoid a lien against my home, which he threatened scaring the dailights out of my wife!

I did take 2 weeks off work to finish the job he barely started in order to protect the house from winter weather, a job he was to finish by July per our 'contract'. I have all my registered letters and all other paper work if anyone can figure a way to pin him down so we have someone to sue for any deposit money, he is pretty slick when it comes to being served papers, so legal action is very difficult.
