Defective Hotel Collection Bed

Stearns & Foster Hotel Collection purchased at Macy's... Thousands of dollars down the drain.

I purchased a bed from Macy's which has now sagged 2.5 inches or more on both sides of the bed as determined by their own inspection. Notwithstanding that this mattress is officially defective, Macy's wiggles out of their responsibility by claiming that the bed has a "stain" which voids the warranty. The problem though, is that there is no such stain. The inspector confirmed that he advised Macy's that the mattress has a discoloration which resulted from cleaning the mattress. The alleged stain is located in the exact opposite side of one of the sagging areas.

Needless to say I am disappointed at this scam that bed manufacturers run in complicity with retailers. I am more than disappointed, I am disgusted and I am canceling my Macy's credit card and never again will I set foot in one of their stores and most certainly never again will I purchase a Sealy product because Sealy owns Stearns & Foster.
