Deception -Unreliable Service

I signed a contract with Terminix for pest control and termite insurance a little over three years ago, paying a monthly fee. I was informed by Terminix that I would be covered for any, and, if any termite damage appeared, and that fumigation and any wood repair needed would be covered by Terminix at no extra charge. Every few months a Terminix inspector would come to both of my properties and inspect for termites and pests. This past January when the carpets were removed in one of the units, we discovered termites, as well as damage to the wood. I called Terminix immediately. An inspector came to inspect the damage. The inspector's conclusion was that I was not covered for this "type" of termite. I was never told that I was only covered against a certain "type" of termite. I demanded to speak with a supervisor, who would only offer me a discount. I asked that he cancel my service because I feel this is fraud and that I was misled in regard to the coverage I was paying for. Now I am receiving calls from a collection agency making threats and demanding I pay for services I cancelled nor did I receive.
