Bad service and Rude cusotomer care

This past year I employed the neighborhood lawn-care support referred to as “Lawn Doctor”. They explained that they can handle my garden in an overall total of 6 providers. Additionally they described that you will see a big change following the next support. Today it's been roughly twelve months and all the providers have now been utilized and there's been simply no change whatsoever. After I named them to protest, the worker/operator explained that their operator had lately transformed plus they can’t assist us. After I called again 24 hours later to customer support, exactly the same guy explained, “This isn't a burger that people may return; should you contact me again I'll contact the police”. The service was horrible plus they might just invest about five units to deal with my garden every support. I had been shocked after speaking with them within the telephone. The truth that I invested $432.10 with this garden service-only to get rude and disrespectful support in exchange disgusts me.
