Sitransportation407 Merchandise never received! Using two addresses on Ebay to dupe people into a return then not refunding!

I was shopping on Ebay for a new bedding set when I came across East Coast Linens and a really nice set. So I ordered the comforter and 2 weeks later (after my account was drawn on) the owner emailed me to tell me they no longer had the size available! So WHY did he charge my account??? I chose another set and when I received it, not only was it the wrong size again... It was the cheapest quality bedding set I had ever seen. So I had to return the merchandise to the address and shipping directions that were included in the packaging. I followed the directions to a T and asked for the notice of when the item was delivered. So anyway I constantly checked for my refund and would email east coast linens everyday. He said he never received the package. I had the proof of delivery and who signed for it. Well it turns out this guy on Ebay has an address he tells people to send merchandise back to but he had a different address on file with Ebay.
