My pregnant wife and I met Ralph A. Brantley from Big Daddy Tree Cutting Service and he seemed nice. We contracted him for our tree cutting needs and he performed the work during the week when we were at work. He made me stop by his home to pay him before I even saw his work. Major mistake on my part and I have learned from this experience! When I got home I looked at the trees and they were not trimmed correctly! I called him and he promised to come back the next week. A dozen phone calls later and 4 weeks later he just keeps giving me excuses. He won't refund any of our $250.00 and I am frustrated. I researched the company and I don't even know if they are licensed or insured. DO NOT USE big daddy tree cutting service or RALPH A. Brantley.
