Frank W Kronfield of Case Contractors is merely a stormchaser who convinced me to hire him to rebuild my home after Hurricane Ike. I trusted him and checked his credentials and references. Frank took advantage of the elderly. He does not know what he is doing and created more problems. Nothing he did was correct and nothing passed inspection.

He overcharged me, lied to me, did not finish the job, still nothing passed inspection, harassed me for more money, then filed a lien on my property. He is bad news. Please beware and stay away from Frank & Case.
