Failure to install carpet after 16 weeks

Adhering to a heater fireplace within our home your day after Christmas I requested wall to wall carpeting from Einstein-Moomjy in Whippany to displace our damaged room flooring. On December 10, I offered them a $800 deposit and was informed that my flooring could be mounted 6-8 months following the measure day. Because of climate, these were unable to calculate until Jan. 5. I NEVERTHELESS haven't obtained the flooring or notice they have obtained it in the factory. I've named many times and my phone is NEVER delivered. When the supervisor condescendingly "described" the rug company in my experience. Somebody must clarify "customer support" to him. I've requested for that title of the rug organization, however they usually inform me they CAn't entry that on Sat, but will-call me Mon that they never do. Last weekend I went for their shop in Whippany to check on the test for information (there is none) and occurred to meet up Andrea Moomjy who stated that I'd waited quite a long time and he or she might contact me on Friday with info.
