Do not BUY ANYTHING from Conn's. I was suckered into buying the extended warranty. Store manager will not help me nor will the repair center. Going on a week now of no one wanting to help me. Bought washer and dryer 10/22 washer goes out. I get the run around that there is no one in my town they can send out. They say the tech center is down in my town. The tech that was suppose to come out said he couldn't it wasn't his town, lets see Cedar Hill is not that far from Waxahachie. What ever happen to taking care of the customer... They brush you off telling you they are going to get something set up for you and never call you back! We got to speak to everyone under the sun in the company... WHOO-HOO!!! They are rude, hateful and really just don't give a rats ass. You the customer are the stupid one... You just bought our Appliance get out the door don't look back, because they sure not going to be there. Headen to BBB now talk to them.
