Never turned up to begin the task. Whenever we could contact him, he created two extra start-date guarantees as well as didn't display. He'll not reply a phone or mail and certainly will not return messages.

He provides his company as Armstrong Fence Company. The corporation doesn't appear to occur today. All the telephone numbers direct back again to the exact same voice-mail package.
