Disconnected us for no reason and left us and our kids in the cold!

We went of city for 2 months before the fourteen days my partner named the electrical business to discover about our statement, ect. We continued holiday and couple times later our support was disconnected, which we weren't overdue. We settled the statement and named them to discover out power have been some how changed to a different electrical business. Doesnt seem sensible whenever we did no such issue. They stated that they received a notice stating various other organization was overtaking our power requirements. Which we did no such factor plus they did without having confirming around! Departing us in 40-degree climate with this two young children all day long. Then we attempted to obtain somebody t emerge exactly the same day to reconnect, because it was something which wasn't our problem plus they stated there is nothing they might do till 24 hours later! These were rude and informed us we ought to tuff it out! And when we require a comfortable spot to remain we're able to remain in a protection! So we'd no electrical for twenty four hours, i couldnt prepare dinner for my loved ones and never to say it had been 30 levels instantly. The machine the have is bull, the folks they've employed by them are isiots plus they really should work out how to operate a company!
