Jermany mcniel & ross bourgeios sold me a repo for 2499.00 & when i got the papers it said3699.22 they knew all along that the mobile home was in very bad shape

Oakwood mobile homes& jermany mcniel and ross bourgioes sold me a 1999 destiny mobile home that they knew was a lemon from the start.

Jermany told me that it was the only one on the lot that i could buy they knew it was a lemon from the start they had one other but they had a couple looking at it.

Jermany told them i wanted it and he sold it to them instead they had so much wrong with the one i bought they told me to make a list of the problems and they would cxome out and fix them.

Well, there to many to list so about 5 days later i called them and the phone had been discotted so i rode over there was a empty lot i have put over 8000.00 dollars in to this home and its still falling apart.
Please help me im truly hopeing you can.

Jermany called 'my friend and told him he was working for clayton homes and not to tell me because he knew they had srewed me real well my note is 500.00 dollars a month and i cant pay it off early i still have to pay all the inerst wich is 121323.00 they knew my husband was not working and they gave it to me anyway thats how bad they wonted to get rid of it. Thats how bad of shape it was in.

You could not tell in the walls it was raining and the sheetrock crumbled the floors were rotten and had to be replaced
