Refused to replace defective bath shower and faucet parts

I ordered a shower and bath faucet combination from LightintheBox for $120.31. When it came and it was time for the plumbers to install it they found that it was defective in that it had no threads machined into the shower wand attachment so could not be attached to the port on the faucet for the shower. Then they discovered that the seat flange used to attach the faucet to the wall plumbing was cracked and defective so it would not stop leaking. When I e-mailed LightintheBox to get the defective parts replaced They claimed it was beyond thier 30 day warrenty even though it was defective from the factory and they refuse to send me the few dollars in parts it would take to fix the faucet. I think they should replace those parts because they were defective from the factory even though it is just a few days beyond the 30 day warranty when the problem was discovered during installatiion.
