8 Months Old and the Gibson Heatpump I bought from Nordyne Failed and ran for a week causing Damage to other parts of the Unit including Compressor. Nordyne will replace one part at a time even when each install is over $400 in Labor that I need to pay. Called a number that Nordyne calls "Customer Relations" and recieved a call back a week later from bob Marx who did not know the product but proceeded to be Arrogant, Rude and doesnt possess an ounce of communication skills.

Basically laughing at the situation the failing product has put me in. I wil lnot have a Minimum of $1200 of Labor into this Unit and the Clown on the phone is Laughing. Replacing the Damaged Compressor at the same time would save me $400 in labor. If bob marx is the person who is putting a face on Nordyne. Pull your Stock now! I just wish I lived closer to O'Fallon..
