No sales follow up

I'd bought my windows from Screen Globe a couple of years before, and plus some issues, but were quickly fixed, then when it found purchasing gates for my home I called them. They offered the same gates and hurricane gates at Loweis! But due to the installation and support, I caught with Screen Globe in a higher cost. (Lowe's contractors had a poor rep). Nicely following the purchase was obtained, and half the cash settled, it required a few months to get them-and have them mounted. That's using the exclusion of the leading storm door. It arrived per week later. After it was mounted, the specialist stated another push must be included and he'd purchase it. Therefore following a couple of days, I did so a follow-up, and was educated it had been not requested, however it could be ordered and provided important. I called shorty next and was informed it had been coming and could be mounted when it had been obtained. Which was 3 months before, and that I haven't noticed a term from their website. There customer support sux! I'venot noticed in the revenue man because he published the agreement. Not really a follow-up, you realize, like have you been pleased? Or what are the additional items for example exterior or roofing you'll need? I've difficulty focusing on how businesses such as this may remain in company and recruit a competition group, and Also Have Kathy Ireland like a repetition. I will get my new top and exterior from the nearby small-company that requires the company!!!
