Pierre Blackwell with Blackwell Building Inc from Des Moines, Iowa sub contracted function to us and than went down using the cash. We finished 100% of our agreement and he kept receiving draws in the Iowa Department of Transport but didn;t pay us. We're today scammed $20,000 as well as the cash we'd on the task that was another $10,000.
He appointed David Jackson, his nephew, to complete paperwork but rather, they divided the cash and went. They proceed to prevent telephone calls and notice in the Iowa Department of Transport.
