Car broke down after getting repairs

My adult daughter brought her car to Valvoline on Route 300 Newburgh, NY on or about 11-29. (We have receipts)

She takes care of her car, she had synthetic oil put in and had the rdiator flushed and some other procedures.

12-9 she pulled out of our driveway to visit her friend in the hospital, drove about 10 miles on interstate 84 and her car broke down.

It was towed to gas station. The station said that she has extensive engine damage.

When I later went to my driveway, I saw a trail of oil from her car. I took pictures. There is no heavy start point, like it had been leaking overnight. Just a small start and the trail into the street as if when she put the car in reverse it jarred the cap just enough to open.
