We signed a contract with teamlunderman construction owners kenneth forbes and curtis lunderman licensed in Florida to construct and build a small sf home on our property. They provided false information in regards to the business financial stability and thebusiness insured and bonded. They violated the county code by starting without a permit and also violated again for unlicensed activity and was issued a stop work order. We had complied with all that was agreed and specified in the contract even offered time extensions. Soon without notice they abandoned our new house job and left us with an incomplete house with many problems. We tried and others on our behalf tried to make contact with them because they had not provided for the payouts that they had received. This had put us in a financial crisis. These people had malicious intent from the start and we trusted them. Kenneth forbes continued to tell us that he would make sure our house was completed and we have to send all payments to his home address. They have made no attempt and show no remorse for the criminal intent done to us. We now suffer in many ways and will never have the house that we planned and saved to have for many years. Due to the fraud from this business and the 2 criminals whom continue to scam and fraud many others as well. Dbpr has processed our complaint and they never responded to them as well. The final order revoked the license cgc056971 and fines and Court cost as well as restitution for our loss. They call the case closed but still i have not seen justice and relief from all of our out of pocket expenses and loss that we have suffered. Where is our justice and what is next to continue with this case. We really need some legal advise and help with finishing our house and began to repair our lives. God bless
