The so-called operator of the deceptive company Mark Hurst, BEWARE. He's a cat along with a scam. He lives with anybody doesn't have phone-in his title. I approached Consumer Fraud device and he CAn't be discovered, he requires your cash and runs. But first and foremost, he doesn't understand what he's doing. He places wrong components and it has no concept of what he's performing, but statements 29 years exp.

And Also The issue with CALIFORNIA, you are able to function under another person license, AND ALSO YOU not need a license. BUT, the certified individual should be on-site. Beautiful, that starts the doorway to scam, approach to take CALIFORNIA!
