Lowes Delivers Floor Samples when you paid for New Refrigerato

I purchased a NEW refrigerator at full price, and Lowes delivered a dented, scratched, dirty floor sample.
You could tell it was a floor sample because the left crisper drawer was scratched and damaged and the freezer compartment and ice bin was filthy. There were also scratches in the paint on the side of the unit.
The Appliance Manager was worthless. The Store Manager lied, stating, "I researched it and this just came off the truck". Well yea, off the truck as a floor sample from the other store in a town a few miles north of here.
He then offered a 10% discount, which is less of a discount than what it would have sold for as a demo. And the only reason it was offered was because I called and complained, otherwise they would have done nothing.
Never again, never.
