Pop's rip me off for $6,000, by incorrectly paving my drive way

Pop's construction and pavement comapny came to my house late one evening claim that they was doing a job in the area and they had extra supplies on the truck and needed to get rid of it. They started that evening to get the extra off of the truck to return the next day to finish the job. They charge me$6050.00 to complete the job. They did not do what they were suppose to do and the pavement is nowcracking, and grass is growing througth paving. I called him and he came back and made it worse than it was from the beginning. I called him again and told me that he was sick and did not want to be aggravited. He hasyet to call back to come and the correct the job. We have not heard anything since then. This work was done in June and now thisis December and we have a one year guarentee.
