Well I suspect every company has it's issues as some here have sure noted from variou parts of the country. I would like to speak on the other side of these complaints. I have hired Mr. Handyman of Central MetroWest a dozen times over the last several years. I have always been completely happy with the service, the followup, the appointments, the technicians and cannot say enough good things about them. Their prices seemed high to me initially, but when the job is done, they seem to always be lower than I was quoted for the job by others. The technicians are always prepared, except for one time when I needed an exceptionally tall ladder that could reach a large chandellier in my foyer and the technician went off the clock to go and get it. I have hired several companies since I moved into my house 22 years ago and have always had issues with the other contractors I hired, stemming from things missing from my home, shoddy workmanship, messes and expecially when my wife said she was getting 'creeped out' by the people coming over, unanswered questions and just a million excuses as to why the work was never done on time, or the way I wanted. I would never hestitate to hire Mr. Handyman of Central Metrowest and recommend them to anyone who values those things that are important to me and my family.
