Carports of Texas, Carports of Houston, James Dampier Jr. Ripped me off and left me in the rain

James Dampier came out and took measurements for a patio cover and gave me a bid. I paid him half up front and the other half at completion, $4600 total.

The patio was installed and looked good, until it rained. We had several spots where water was coming through. I contacted him and he came out in a few days and worked on it. The next rain came and it leaked worse than before.

I have called him several times. When he answers the phone he tells me he will be out the next day. But he never shows up. Most of the time I get his voicemail.

He talked me out of using another company. He talked about his kids, family and God. He sounded like a God fearing man. But it looks like he is nothing more than a snake oil salesman.

I wish I would have know about this website before I hired him!
