My name is Jim I'm P.O.A. For my brother Paul, he lives alone.
On May 14 Crystal Canyon came to my brother house to sell a water conditioner, not knowing what is buying they talk him into buying one, f or $5,434.00. I see Paul once a wk, not mention anything about the water conditioner, until second week when I went to do the laundry, I notice it. I have talk to Crystal Caynyon 3 times and ask them to please remove water conditioner, they wanted me to pay to have it remove. They refuse to remove it unless they got paid. I did not ask for water conditioner, and now I'am here to apear in court.
