Burger prior criminal indictments); Racketeering, Antitrust violations - BAIT & SWITCH - low-balls bids to get into HOAs, then LEECHES off HOAs with contracts 2-3x more than fair-market rate; Kickbacks, Embezzlement; Extortion / illegal debt collection (w/out debt collection license); Election fraud; Fraudulent recordations against title; Inflated price on property/mortgage fraud; Insurance fraud; Mail fraud (extortion threats); Tax fraud, Police corruption (video); Death threats.
