Ripoff Sold furniture to for over 2100.00 and refuses to pay

I would like to know where I can report a business in Lancaster that refuses to pay me the money they owe me. I sold furniture to Bargain House at 1766 Grace Ave on Nov. 1, Wayne Estes the owner of this business was to western union me the money he owed me on Nov, 3, It is now the 15th of Nov and he will not answer my calls and when he does he tells me he is sending me my money via western union that day. The money never comes..

I would like to warn ALL consumers about this business and man because he is NOT a man of his word as he tells me. He woes me over $2000.00 for furniture and I needed my money yesterday or I would have not sold to him. I have reported him to the BBB, and hope this will get his attention. Now I am working with the local sheriff dept there trying to get my money and nothing so far. I have a signed copy agreement between us on this deal but guess he thinks he can push people around cause he has been in business for 13 yrs he says, We were new to the area so knew nothing about him or his business.
