He's a retired 66 years old man, and does not take any responsibility for doing a messy job to your property. He slops on the first coat of cement unevenly, and uses the second coat which is "white cement" to camourflage the first coat. When he was done applying the white cement, under a cloudy sky and rain in the forecast later that day on Oct. 6th; he told me that he finished the job and asked for payment in full and left. Later that night it rained very hard into the next day. The steps now have white lines running down the back of the steps, and white spots on them were the white stuff washed off exposing the uneven first coat of cement. My front steps look worse now before he started the job. I tried to make contact with him but he does not return your call. I wanted him to come back to my home to let me know if he could fix the problem.

He doesn't keep with his own contract; he did extra brick pointing and asked me for more money, saying he worked on them for an extra hour and 30 minutes. Some of the brick pointing he applied is sloppy. Even through he used a broom to sweep up the dirt he made with an electric chisel, I had to wash front porch, windows, doors 2 times to remove red brick dust and stain. He leaves you with a mess to clean.
