Do not issue credit to this company! Sam Vences has been hiding from his material bills for many months now and refuses to pay. The certified mail sent to Sam has been returned, promises are not kept, messages are not returned, and his "staff" is very unprofessional.
This is a typical deadbeat debtor company that doesn't pay it's bills. It is strongly advised that any materials be paid for up front unless you want to chase Sam around Houston for months looking for your money. Lien rights on all the properties are now being explored and homeowners notified accordingly.
