H20 Flo Steam Mop from Marco Polo Trading Co, 1-877-420-0058, is a waste of money! Unsure

I bought the H20 Flo Mop H20deluxtv78 made by the Marco Polo Trading Company, (1-877-420-0058 number on mop and no mailing address to contact them at and don't even know if the web address is right), a year ago.

It worked OK. I used it three times total in that year. I took proper care of it, but the fourth time I tried to use it, it just quit working.

The steam wouldnt work. It just broke/stopped working on its own. I followed all the trouble shooting tips, but nothing helped, and I dont know whats wrong with it.

Theres no one in my city that fixes these mops. I expected it to last for much longer than it did, but it was just a waste of money, and now I have to go and buy a whole new mop from somewhere else.

This company makes cheap stuff! Dont buy it!
