I bought S8500 Wave - one of Samsung 's premier product in India on Tuesday, July 12. I was excited about it. However to my horror I realized that the phone is unusually warming up and the battery kind of falls when u turn the phone around. So I lodged a complaint with Samsung Customer Service (Complaint#8406534471) yesterday, July 15. They advised me to visit the nearest Service Center.
My wife visited them today and she had to wait for more than 2 hours and then she was told that what we are saying is untrue and we have bought the phone much before the day we actually said it is and this gentleman also said that what is the guarantee that we are producing an Original Bill!!!
I am shocked and horrified, I do not know how to react to the baseless allegations which this gentleman blurted. I don't know what to do??? Please help me!
