So where should I being. The company was okay in the being except for there customer service people calling me everyday until i said yes. Then I set my move up and 2 months in advance because they called me so much. I do see all there reviews and i think they are a bunch of bull sh*t. It sounds like someone put them up themselves. So back to these men moving me they came 4 hrs late due to a truck breaking down mean while they tell me since the truck broke down we are going to get a rental for you but when the truck comes to my home that sh*t was filled with someone else stuff. Okay so that was the first lie. Then all i keep hearing is this price is the price. I promise you no other company is going to beat it and if they do i will give you the price that they did. Well lord help me that was a crock. The tell me because my boxes are bigger when i went over this with my sales person and he said it was okay and i also spoke to another person there and she said my boxes where medium now the guys are there they are large serious now thats bs. So now they have all my items on there truck and they want me to sign a contract so they tell me the price is $1200.00 to move my items to illions then the next day I get call and they tell me my cubic foot is more wtf is cubic foot. I signed that i was going to pay $1200.00 now they telling me i owe 1200.00 plus for stairs and for packing things that i already packed. How does this happen. I bet it is not the first time they may do this alot just no one said anything. Well i am going to speak up. Velocity movers are the worst movers in the world never use them. So here is the last and finale they came to my home and now want me to pay everything in cash when they say i can pay it with a check or money order then they want to charge me for stairs for a long haul wtf is a long haul. The truck is right in my driveway. We worst thing is that my sh*t was broken. Alot of it and now i have a claim form to fill out and they wont get back to me for awhile and then david keeps telling me to call there claims department it have nothing to do with them. I keep get this one person but its funny how he has soooo many different names if i call today it will be alex next you never know.
