John Deere Landscape uses those takes offs to provide quotes to Contractors all around America specifically in Texas and soon in Florida. High Mark Group has documentation on every quote that they are not liable for any missed information on those quotes to contractors. But they do miss information on those quotes and actually quite often. Bidding in the construction industry means that the lowest bidder gets the job. High Mark Group and John Deere quotes have been consistently low and often times they miss items and are lower then the actual cost of the job. When a supplier quote is low a general contractor must often consider and use the quote to compete with other bidders. High Mark has missed HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS on those quotes. If a quote misses just one item like topsoil amendment it could be ten to twenty thousand dollars that in the end will come out of the contractors pocket. They have missed items on many projects but they aren't willing to admit it. If they did admit it and contractors stopped using John Deere landscapes as a supplier then John Deere would drop their contract with High Mark Group. Employees that have been screwed by the company confirm that they do make errors and have heard of multiple instances where the High Mark Group was approached by contractors and John Deere for missing items on those quotes. They say that every quote has at least five quality control specialists that review the quotes but how come they still miss items. They have screwed me and will screw you. Do not use quotes from john deere landscape and the high mark group. The company will not back its quote. The owners of the High Mark Group are dishonest and unethical.
