Well I can see why I am having the problems with UTS that I am having. This company should not be allowed to stay in business; as I read through all of the other complaints it is apparent to me that UTS have had very poor customer service and measured results for some time. I doubt if they intend to correct the problem if we as customers continue to buy contracts through them. I suggest to everyone that has complained about this company call your local Better Business Bureau, or if you have a local news channel that will investigate reap off companies then you should contact them. If we want our voice heard we need to something about it. We pay good money for service, and we expect to get what we pay for... I reported them.
